Hayward has one of the largest industrial bases in the Bay Area. The city reports about 37 million square feet of industrial space and more than 500 biotech, biomed and life science companies, most of them in the industrial district west of I-880. That mix is what we run for: lab and clinical pickups, production parts that can’t wait, and pallets that need to get across the bridge today, not tomorrow.

How a run works

1. Call dispatch or send the pickup details. You get a price on the call.
2. We assign a vehicle sized to the load: car, cargo van, sprinter, box truck or reefer.
3. Driver picks up, scans, and you get updates through delivery.
4. Signed proof of delivery is sent when the run closes.

Recurring runs, like a daily lab pickup or a shuttle between two of your sites, are set up on a fixed schedule with the same drivers.

Do you deliver to the Hayward Executive Airport area and the shoreline industrial parks?

Yes. Pickups west of I-880, along Industrial Parkway and around the airport, are routine.

Can you handle specimens and temperature-sensitive shipments?

Do you move full pallets or only small packages?

Both. Vehicles range from cars for envelopes up to box trucks and reefers for palletized freight.

Do you offer contract pricing for regular runs?
