How soon does it really need to arrive?
STAT and ASAP cost more because a driver drops everything for you. If the drop can wait until end of day, same day courier service is better value. If it happens every week, a scheduled route is cheapest per stop.
What size and weight is it?
Envelopes and cartons ride in a cargo van. Pallets, equipment and anything over about 2,000 lbs need a liftgate box truck. Telling dispatch the size up front means the right vehicle turns up first time.
Does the receiver have a dock?
Many offices, clinics and job sites do not. A liftgate truck or a two-person crew solves it, but only if we know before the driver leaves.
What proof do you need?
Every job includes ePOD. If you also need a named signer, a wait-and-return, or your own reference on the paperwork, add it to the booking and it is on every record.

No. You can book a one-off job by phone or through the quote form and pay on the day. Regular customers usually open an account, which gives standing rates, monthly invoicing, your own references on every job and a single contact at dispatch who knows your sites.
Can you deliver pallets and heavy items?
Yes. Liftgate box trucks from 16 to 26 ft carry pallets, equipment and freight up to 10,000 lbs, and the liftgate means sites without a loading dock are not a problem.
